Ark Build PLC is the appointed contractor for delivering the demolition phase of the works on The Bedford Passage Development.

 

The management structure on site is as follows;

David Masters – Contracts manager

Jimmy Taylor-Gard – Site manager

Michael Berko – Assistant site manager

 

Since the start of the project, Ark Build PLC has completed the following:

• The removal of any asbestos based material

• The removal of any doors, walls, frames and ceilings. This forms part of the soft strip phase of the works and is essential before the main demolition works commences.

• The placing of required access scaffold to boundary edges for hand demolition,  protection, noise and dust mitigation measures.
